Questions

The things owners ask first.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Your customers message AskZuri's WhatsApp number through your own link or QR code, and the assistant answers as your business. Your own number and WhatsApp Business app stay exactly as they are.

Will customers know it's not me?

Your assistant introduces itself by name and as the assistant for your business. It answers from your facts, in your tone, and hands over to you when someone asks something it shouldn't guess. Most customers just want a fast, correct answer.

Can it take bookings?

Not on this plan: it takes the customer's name, number, service and preferred day and time and sends it to your dashboard, and you confirm in one tap. If you already use a booking page (Calendly, Cal.com, Fresha or Booksy), add it in your dashboard under Your assistant → Booking link and your assistant will send customers straight there. Automatic bookings into your calendar are part of the Growth plan.

What about voice notes?

It understands them. A customer can hold the microphone and speak in English, isiZulu, Afrikaans, isiXhosa, Sesotho or another language, and the assistant replies in the same chat.

How long until my link works?

Sign-up takes a few minutes, and you can test your assistant immediately. Your WhatsApp link is switched on once our WhatsApp number is approved by Meta. We handle that, and message you as soon as it's ready. You never have to open a Facebook or Meta account.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee on the WhatsApp plan. Your first three months are monthly, then it's month to month. Cancel any time and keep your data.
